There still isn't a deal over Greece but demand for safety eased Tuesday with the Dow up 0.3 percent to 12,878. Hard news in the session was light but was supportive for the stock market as Ben Bernanke continues to emphasize the risks to the recovery, an emphasis that suggests the recent improvement in employment growth isn't yet making the chairman think about raising rates. Gold was a big gainer in the session, up $25 to $1,745, while light crude rose $1 to the mid $98 area. The euro rose 1 percent against the dollar to $1.3266.
